Copper River Sockeye Salmon Burgers

Our salmon patties are made with Copper River Sockeye salmon fresh veggies and seasonings that make for a flavor-packed patty that’s just as delicious as it is easy to make. Take the pre-made patties out of the freezer and throw them straight on the grill frozen for a simple beef replacement.

Ingredients:

  • Copper River Sockeye Patties
  • Hamburger bun
  • Fixing of your choice - tartar sauce, avacado, lettuce, tomato, mayo, coleslaw

    Directions

    1. Do not defrost the patties! Cut from packaging using scissors while still frozen. They hold together best when you put them on the grill frozen as well.

    2. Pre-heat grill to about 325-350 degrees.

    3. Grill on med-high for 4-5 min each side. Salmon is raw, so needs to be cooked thoroughly, not just heated.

    4. Toast the bun and top with optional toppings. I like to skip the cheese and go with avacado, tartar sauce and cole slaw as a topping.
