Ingredients:
- 2 wild salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (or dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

Instructions:
- Preheat grill or oven to 375°F.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice/zest, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Marinate salmon for 20 minutes.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or bake salmon and asparagus for 12–15 minutes.
- Serve hot with a fresh lemon wedge.
