Miso Udon with Salmon Meatballs

Miso Udon With Salmon Meatballs

This recipe is shared courtesy of the Copper River Salmon website. A great resource for learning all about the world's finest salmon and the special place they return to every year. Catch a glimpse of the fishermen who catch the fish, and the inspiring recipes they are cooking up!   www.copperriversalmon.org

Sena Sea Salmon Chop was created for recipes just like this.  Fishermen know that the backbone contains some of the richest meat of the fish. This rich, high fat meat is carefully removed from the backbone of the fish so it doesn't include any bones or skin, and comes pre-chopped making it not only convenient and delicious, but also a great way to responsibly use every bit of this wild resource.
