Sheet Pan Salmon
From our boats to your kitchen! This delicious recipe is perfect for those weeknight dinners that take little to no effort but add a ton of nutrition and taste to your families' plates. Seasoned with light sea salt and delicious herbs topped with sugar snap peas you're sure to enjoy!
Ingredients
- Copper River Sockeye Salmon
- Snap Peas (or other veggies)
- Lemon
- Garlic
- Cilantro
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
Directions
- Cut your salmon in 4 separate pieces
- Season with a light amount of sea salt
- Chop up onion and garlic
- Finely chop cilantro
- Slice up lemon
- Whisk ingredients in a bowl with olive oil
- Wash and cut snap peas
- Place snap peas and salmon on a foil lined sheet pan
- Pour mixed ingredients on top of salmon and peas
- Place on top rack in the oven
- Heat in over for 15-20 minutes on 350 degrees
