Talk about a double punch of heart healthy goodness! This Omega-3 powerhouse is shared with us by Magi at Half Acre Heaven. It is packed with gourmet flavor and comes together in about 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
2 portions Sena Sea wild Alaskan Sockeye
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Mayonaise
1 tsp Honey
1/2 C crushed walnuts
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
Whisk together Dijon, mayo and honey and brush over the flesh side of the salmon.
Press crushed walnuts into the honey mustard on the fish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place fish skin side down on a broiling pan and bake for about 15 minutes at 475 degrees.
Serve with a spring salad or a helping of steamed veggies.
