Rich looking up the nutrient content of salmon for a customer: 
 
"Wow, Sena, you've got to see this! Did you know salmon has over 20 grams of protein per serving? And zero carbs! Have you seen this?"

Seriously, if Rich is just discovering how incredibly healthy salmon is, I guess I haven't been talking about it enough.
